Return + Exchanges

We hope you love your LISA TODD. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied,  we make it quick and easy to return items.

Return + Exchange Policy: 

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the date of purchase. Items can only be returned or exchanged if they have not been worn or washed and must have all original tags attached. 

How to Return Merchandise:  Please email before returning any merchandise. A customer service representative will issue you a shipping label to return the merchandise. Please pack the merchandise in the original box and send.  All returned orders carry a $10 restocking fee which will be deducted from the order payment refund.

Only merchandise purchased from will be accepted for returns and exchanges. Merchandise purchased from other specialty stores or department stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased.

Refunds:  Once returns / exchanges has been received by our warehouse, your refund will be issued within 12 business days. You will receive an email that your refund has been processed. 

Exchanges:  ( same style only ) are processed as a new order. Your original form of payment will be charged for the replacement.

Final Sale:  Merchandise reduced by 50% or greater is a FINAL SALE. Returns and Exchanges are not permitted.

LISA TODD uses UPS or USPS to ship orders. We offer ground shipping for domestic orders. We use Worldwide Express Saver for international orders.

Domestic Shipping - (Ships from warehouse within 3-5 Business Days )

Free ground shipping for orders within the Continental U.S. on Orders $100+

$10 dollars for orders under $100

Canada Shipping - (Ships from warehouse within 3-5 Business Days )

$30 ground shipping

 International Shipping - (Ships from warehouse within 3-8 Business Days )

For orders being shipped outside of the United States, please be sure to use a valid street address and note that we cannot ship to PO or APO boxes. We cannot guarantee that international orders will ship the next business day since additional verification is often necessary. Most shipments will be delivered within 3-8 business days; however, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Please allow time for your package to clear customs. If you need to return or exchange an item, you will be responsible for shipping charges that apply to the reshipment of the item. To issue an international return, please contact 

Taxes + Duties

Please note our customers are responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes and/or other fees that their country may impose to permit delivery of their order. These additional fees will not be reflected during checkout. If the delivery is refused, the shipment and return fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges will be deducted from the total order refund. Call your local customs office for details about these charges.
