LISA TODD uses UPS or USPS to ship orders. We offer ground shipping for domestic orders. We use Worldwide Express Saver for international orders.

International Shipping Policy

For orders being shipped outside of the United States, please be sure to use a valid street address and note that we cannot ship to PO or APO boxes. We cannot guarantee that international orders will ship the next business day since additional verification is often necessary. Most shipments will be delivered within 3-8 business days; however, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Please allow time for your package to clear customs. If you need to return or exchange an item, you will be responsible for shipping charges that apply to the reshipment of the item. To issue an international return, please contact


Custom Duties + Foreign Taxes

Please note our customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes and/or other fees that their country may impose to permit delivery of their order. These additional fees will not be reflected during checkout. If the delivery is refused, the shipment and return fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges will be deducted from the total order refund. Call your local customs office for details about these charges.


Return + Exchange Policy

We hope you love your LISA TODD. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, a free return label is included for all orders shipped within the Continental United States. Returns and exchanges are accepted on all merchandise within 15 days of the date of delivery, unless otherwise noted as "Final Sale." Items can only be returned or exchanged if they have not been worn or washed and must have all original tags attached.

Exchanges are processed as a new order. Your original form of payment will be refunded and then charged for the replacement.

Only merchandise purchased from will be accepted for returns and exchanges. Merchandise purchased from other specialty stores or department stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased.

Returns and Exchanges are processed within 10 business days of receipt. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed. Please allow 7 business days for credit to be applied to your account.

Returns and Exchanges are not permitted on merchandise reduced by 50% or greater.
